Anyone seriously interested in a large Technic collection?
Well... I spent a lot of money last week. Those Boxing Day Sales, I probably should have stayed away. Anyways I am contemplating selling off my entire collection. It is most Technic, most sets and/or parts dating from the late 70's to the early 00's. I have some very hard to find Dacta Technic sets ...

They are all available individually at Shop@Home and they are much cheaper than Bricklink too. I wish I would have waited to buy mine.

They are anywhere from $15 to 30, plus the little plates that attach to it. Anyways be forewarned that that micromotor in particular doesn't work. There is something wrong with it. Maybe a loose contact or a broken/misaligned brush? If I am not mistaken it's a common problem and can be fixed. Of cou...

Stuff I am parting with
It's not much but it's a start. Sorry I haven't offered them here first but I'm not even sure if any of you would want them. Ebay seems to guarantee a sale quick and easy. http://i12.ebayimg.com/08/i/000/bf/f1/ce45_1.JPG http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=250181005839 http://i24....

If I decide to sell the excess I will first offer them here (unless greed gets me, then I'll use Ebay). Yellow 1x16's, I think I have about 250 of them (I think I should count). See I keep expecting myself to finish "Collecting" so I can start building. I guess more or less what I need to do is fini...

You too huh? I think I am happy at stopping my collection at late 1990's type parts. The liftarms and studless beams I can really do without. Well, I should have some but I don't like building with them. I'm not even going to buy the 8275 Bulldozer. And colours? Where do I stop here? I was originall...

What do you do when you have too many of an individual part?
This is most of my Technic collection. Unfortunately I have too many of some parts, they don't really "fit" into my organizing system. What do you guys do when you have that problem? I'm thinking that I might start selling some and then buy other parts that I would like more of. My biggest problem t...

would that not be " buy" as in purchase than "by" like in by the way. who:) Yes, that was meant to be "buy" as in purchase. I understand your reason for posting this, but you do understand that it was simply a typo? So the Power Functions receivers are all set to go for variable outputs? That is gr...

Wow, that seems like a reasonable price! I assume that it's because of the strong dollar. I wonder if they are not importing them from the States? I've decided that I am not going to buy one. I have far too many studless parts as it is and personally I don't enjoy building studless creations. Power ...

I just completely lucked out on Ebay. Actually after the auction was over I received emails from people who meant to bid but missed the deadline! Just lucky on this one. I've almost built the shuttle, I like this model far more than the stuff LEGO makes now. Anyways I noticed last night that all of ...
