Jaem and I have discussed actually building our own model of SFU. I think we're going to settle for micro scale first though.

In case anyone is interested, the Burquitlam Plaza Value Village had about 30 Bionicle sets for sale. They're a thrift-type store, so they're not necessarily clean or complete. Still, they're cheap if that's what you're looking for.

I've got to say, it looks pretty good as a WiP and it was fun to help. I'm most happy that my girlfriend had fun helping.

I'd like to try to come out to my first meeting (and join the club). I've only recently gotten back into Lego, and talking/building with other like minded people seems useful.
I'll likely be with a friend who was a member of the VLC a couple of years ago.
