Re: TMNT 2014 Images

Is or was anyone a fan of ninja turtles? Either the origanal movie or tv show in the 90's? I saw the trailer for the new micheal bay ninja turtles and from what I've seen, it's just terriable. They look like there jacked on steroids and there faces are flat with no beak. They are also all in C.G, W...

Re: MOC challenge!

I built a room in my house. Due to a lack of practice, this was a really difficult build for me! I wanted to add some wall art or decor, but I just couldn't get it to work. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Bryan/nursery/nursery.jpg This is my first MOC in quite some time. It will also be my last MO...

Man, the number of advanced building techniques Paul uses, and creative part use (e.g. minifig container in blue as Mickey's ears) just puts my builds to shame... wow

I'm impressed at how LEGO molded a part that is broken on purpose (Benny's helmet).

Your LEGO room/workspace

Here's a new thread for you to post pictures of your LEGO room/workspace. Since a few of you have asked, here is mine: I got rid of the closet organizer and installed two shelves in the closet, plus some fluorescent lighting. This will be my main workspace (if I ever finish getting organized). The l...

Looks great, guys!

I'm so envious of those of you who:
a) have time to build
b) have their collections organized enough so that they CAN build

Got an email for this, indicating that the set is available for sale to VIP members (online and in-store) starting today.

Cool looking set, but I'm not in the market for one.

I should add to my post, saying that the Lansdowne location didn't have any of the sets that Slogghead had listed.

Re: BOOK: Brick City at Costco $12.99

It is a shame that all of the Toy Soldiers have been stolen from the Character Encyclopedia (Richmond store). Wow that really sucks... I was there around 2pm today and saw a total of 3 books. Two were without the plastic shrink wrap, and toy soldiers missing. The third had damaged shrink wrap aroun...

I don't know about you guys... The thing most of us have against MB is that they compete against LEGO, and produce really crappy parts in the process. Meanwhile, these third party parts are made to complement the LEGO system, and the pr...
