Re: How to connect power functions motor to AC
This is correct. Without totally re-wiring a system and getting to know a lot more about electronics and soldering, the train speed regulator system and the adapter wire is a good way to go. You can place the current PF controllers in series into the system after that to give you some control over s...

Re: Microscale Building
Hey Bricksky After the talk about getting the white pins, I had a thought about just one more detail that could look good. Looking at the picture I think the 2x2 round tile with stud from the Easter set could replace that black one you used at the very top center. Just a thought. Don't know if you'v...

Early Star Wars and Mars Sets
Hey all, A friend of mine is trying to raise some money so he can afford another semester of University in Victoria, so he would like to sell some of his Lego. Let me know if you are interested and I can put you in contact. I've put the suggested price down, but I'm sure it can be slightly negotiate...

I use a full sized front-loading file cabinet with hanging folders. I have quite a few booklets though. The folders are sorted by theme.

Technically, it's when the contract expires that they will not sign a new one. That long term contract could have been for several years. We don't know the terms.

These are all standard pieces. Don't think they would mold a specific Slimer just for one set. They could have tried a brick build though.

James Bond 007 in Lego
Have you guys seen the James Bond sets supposedly coming out next year. I've seen photos for 5 sets that look legit, but aren't quite as clean as I would expect from something like where Star Wars sets are now. I suppose in a few years, if it continues, they could improve. I think most people will b...

I couldn't find:
LEGO Cars - Mack.s Team Truck $25.00
But there was also the:
Atlantis - Deep Sea Raider for $20.00
Still lots of Maters, Knight bus's and Forbidden Forests left. It seems they are in the midst of some renovations.

Besides the Lego background, it also includes working with kids in my church and I took electives specializing in robo...
