Those are all great ideas, I'll definitely have to try them and see what works best.
...and yes, this space craft is literally 4 huge engines, with a pilot seat between them. It would definitely haul ass!

WIP looking for feedback - Friendly Quad Jumper
You may recognize a similarity of this ship with one (very briefly) displayed on screen during the latest Star Wars movie. I was inspired to make a more FRIENDLY version of it. but so far its very white, with some other mixed colors on various parts. I'm trying to figure out how to make it more 'Fri...

Re: Frances has sold one of her Lego Paintings ;)
That's fantastic! Now she can replace all the LEGO elements she "borrowed" from you. Or is it the old saying of, "what's yours is mine and what's mine is mine." :) ha ha. Its more like, whats in the past, stays in the past. So, the new funds will be used to acquire new bricks for her next project. ...

Frances has sold one of her Lego Paintings ;)
Its official, Frances has become a successful Lego Artist, selling her first piece of LEGO ART. It wasn't that long ago that Frances started making Lego Paintings, showing her first piece at Brickcan 2014. Recently Frances also had a few of Lego paintings published in the book "Beautiful Lego Wild" ...

Re: Need for MOC: 6 to 10 Large Trans Blue flag with Rod
Tyler, you must be so excited to finish your MOC! I can imagine that they're the final details that you need for your magnum opus. (Charlotte's Web reference) :) While I am always excited to complete a new MOC, I wouldn't classify this one as a great work. Its really more of an experiment, somethin...

Re: Need for MOC: 6 to 10 Large Trans Blue flag with Rod
All my LEGO is in storage until I move into the new place, which is in Surrey kinda near the museum. I know exactly where they are in the pile, but would require moving a lot of boxes to access, and I really rather not do that until moving them into their new space. OK, no problem. If I still need ...

Re: Need for MOC: 6 to 10 Large Trans Blue flag with Rod
I have them and I'm not doing anything with them. If you can wait until the second week of June, they're yours. Thanks Lettuce! Ideally, I'd like to get them sooner, as they are the only piece I am waiting for to finish my MOC. Where are you located? Perhaps I can make a trip out to you to get them...

Re: Star Wars Technic droids for sale
Hi Don, While these are iconic and interesting sets, they probably aren't worth $120. To get a more realistic idea of their value just look them up online, one popular site is http://www.bricklink.com . Please ask your son if he'll accept less. He may be able to sell them if the right buyer were to ...

It's definitely good enough to show. It looks awesome! I don't mind the illegal connections, as its a MOC, and just for you. Does the floor layout represent a specific place? -Tyler ;) ps. If you don't like the illegal connections you could try to replace the bottom level with wedge plates to get a ...

Did you only use light grey for any grey that was used? Yes. Limited the color palette to white, black, and light blue grey. -Tyler ;) ps. That Orca looks really cool! Reminds me of the whale statue in front of the Aquarium. :) It reminds me of Pierre's larger version (which he built first; his build inspired mine), which in turn reminds me of the one Douglas Coupland built and is displayed outside of the convention center: https://c2...
