Re: Collectable minifigs Series 2

London Drugs at Market Crossing (S. Burnaby) had the remains of 3-4 boxes stuffed into 2 displays. Lots of low priority figs. No Spartans.

Re: Lego Boardgames now available in Canada

We've played Minotaurus a couple times now. It's okay and certainly interesting for kids. After the first run through my son wanted to change the board and the rules - which is just the response Lego was looking for. Hogwarts looks a bit more interesting since the board has movable pieces (a bit lik...

I'm not sure about the biker's hand but the other images on the page look like they could be legit. You'd have to very skilled and work under a microscope.

Re: Could it be

It's for real. It's from the LEGO display at San Diego Comic Con. It's a tease for a PotC line that will no doubt launch when the 4th movie is imminent.

The Ancient guy looks more like a Greek Hoplite that a Roman to me.
Either way it's a fun bunch of minis for creative MOC builders.

Re: Star Wars @ Shop @ Home !!!!

I had to phone in because of some credit card BS. The rep confirmed the price was a mistake but my order for one UMF and one OT Walker was going to honored. I wish I'd ordered more of the keychains when they were 61 cents.

Re: Collectible minifigs

I spoke to the local Lego merchandiser at TRU this week. She didn't seem to know or didn't want to tell me too much about them. She though we might see them by the end of June. And they might be distributed more broadly that the usual box sets ie they might show up as checkout impulse items in store...

Re: Lego Universe

I've been playing a bit in the beta. I can't talk about specifics. As an MMO I'm pretty underwhelmed so far. But it is very LEGO-y so that brings is back up to the plus side. Like most LEGO games it seem to be falling down on the cross marketing. The designs and art are great but not tied specifical...

Happy Holidays!

Several Lego gifts at my house. Power Miners for my son, and a Y-Wing for me. I was gifted 2 copies of the Lego book(s) so I'm giving one to my son for his very own.

BTW Atlantis sets on the shelves at TRU!

Lego sorter box4blox

Here's a link to something interesting I found while websurfing - a lego sorting/storage box. It won't store my larger collection but it might help sort them. And it would be a good fit for my son's sub-set of our family lego.

Has anyone tried this product?
