New LEGO building station phase 1 almost complete

Post by TFM »

Image

Thanks to the master builder Dave D. (Brickhead) Alex and I have managed to almost complete phase one of our new lego home.

As you can see in the picture the build station is almost complete. It needs to have two more lights installed and a few more refinements but it's almost ready.

Phase 2 and 3 involve the other end of the room.

Yup. Now it's a build station. But don't worry. Where the Lego tables used to be will be the dinning room now. That whole area is being redesigned. It won't be the disaster like the tables had become... :shake:

Yes, just wait and see. It will all make sense soon. Well, eventually.

And here's me getting rid of the last (ALMOST) of the excess stock boxes (Dean won't let me get rid of the cloud cars in original boxes):

I have a bedroom floor again (not pictured)!

I am sorta in the same situation.

Except I have empty boxes laying out in the shed at the moment, not counting the ones I left back at my mother's place.

I've gotten rid of about half my boxes when I moved to Calgary, but since then, I have kept all of them...

Although Jewelz can't understand why I do... :shake:
Cheers!

Well, good on you guys.

Glad to see you getting ready for some serious building.
Now that the nice weather is quickly approaching, Jewelz and I are planning on cleaning out the shed.

With the shed cleaned and emptied out, we should be able to move things around and hopefully make some room for me in the house to concentrate on building.

Right now, my big spacecraft (name still withheld) is almost taking up the entire coffee table, at least half of the table anyway.

It's great tho, that I can sit on the floor and dump out my buckets for the pieces I need.

I've got some pictures of my "storage" area forthcoming, so check back soon.
Cheers!
