New modular bank (10251)

Post by JamesH »

New modular. I wasn't a huge fan of the detective office, but I like this one. Unfortunately the low Canadian dollar is reflected in the price.

The VLC forum crops the image. Here's the Eurobricks post:

I like the detailing on the outside of the first floor, are those 1x2 pieces (on further examination it looks like it might be 2x2) for the columns new?

They appear to be these: Minifig, Utensil Gold Ingot (Bar) { in Light Blue-Grey }

Love that they put a laundromat as part of the building.

I recommend using your VIP in the States to buy this modular, if you have a enough. I used VIP points to buy the Detective's Office earlier this year at Alderwood Mall, and the points converted straight across to American. And you don't pay taxes on your points purchase.

Thanks for the tip - will definitely consider it!

But on the flipside, I also purchase the modular buildings during 2x VIP points events... which is more strategic?
