I won't be able to make it to this meeting cause i will be gonig camping because its may long weekend.

Is this a common trend among other members not able to make it on a longweekend ? Perhaps we should postpone the meeting one week if there is enough demand :?

I think that Dave is on to something. I probably won't be able to make it to this meeting either because of the long weekend.

I think we moved the meetings from the last friday of the month to the 3rd Friday because Andrew had his dancing then. Andrew is this still the case? I'd imagine David didn't know when the long weekend was because he was just working off the calendar on the white board. I don't care either way, as long we can fit it into as many member's schedules as possible.

i'm not finding time to read the lists often. either the 20th of 27th work for me.

you're right, the calendar in the meeting room gave no warning of the holiday and i didn't think of it.

i guess we should postpone?..

Dean, any word on the room?

it's probably too late to be rethinking any plans now, right? it would be difficult to try and imagine who who won't read this post and phone them in the next few days...

20th it is? we've heard from two member who can't make the 20th and one who can't make the 27th.

Yes, I'd really like to know what is happening too.
I am prepared to show for the 20th, but if it's being postponed, then now would be the time to say something.
Cheers!

David it's your decision, if you think we're able to postpone it with one day's notice, go ahead. If not please let us know that it's this Friday.

I'm sorry I forgot to check the room. This last month has been a blur of me waiting for our car. :? I don't remember much else.

What do you mean by forgetting to check the room? Is it taken, or just because it's the long weekend?
Cheers!

Alas, due to unforseen events, I will not be able to attend tonight. :(
A deadline at work has been pushed up, and I need every minute I can to get this finished in time.

Have a great meeting, and here's to meeting the Mechs at the next!

Cheers All!!
