I'm not sure how many of you saw this post on LUGNET, but I thought I'd bring it up. Gerhard Istok has compiled a 1000-ish page book on CD on pretty much everything about the history of Lego from 1949-80's. He is selling it for ~25 USD + S/H (well... probably no handling, but the abbreviation doesn't work otherwise... of course, I could have written it out in less than a quarter of the time it took me to write this... )
