Looking for straight road plates

Is everyone selling ten or more new straight road plates? Why does Lego only sell them in a variety 2 pack? I guess this question has been asked before but don't we need more straight road plates for our cities?

As you most likely know straight road plates are on almost everyone's want list. I would be surprised if anyone on here said they had any they were willing to part with. Unfortunately they are almost never on sale.

You can also look to buy the older straight roads with the green grass on the sides:

I personally prefer this look to the gray ones.
