Hi all,
I just joined as I just recently am starting to spend more time in Vancouver. I have my eyes on an MOC and have been able to find a lot of the required pieces on Pick-a-Brick online from Lego. But there are a few that allude me. I will be visiting the Lego store in Oakridge today, but I'm doubtful that they'll have what I need. I'm willing to buy them for a reasonable price and am available to meet any time.
Below is the list of the pieces I'm still looking for:
13 Angular brick 1x1 - black
2 Plate w. bow 1x4x2/3 - black
14 Flat tile 2x2 Round w. Hole 4.85 - dark stone grey
1 Plate 1x2 Ball cup/friction end - medium stone grey
2 Plate 1x2 w. 5.9 Ball end - dark stone grey
1 Angular plate 1.5 TOP 1x2 1/2 - black
8 Plate 2x2x2/3 w. Ball - black
1 Plate 2x2 w. Ball - black
3 Angular plate 1.5 BOT 1x2 2x2 - black
6 Ball w. cross axle - medium stone grey
2 Toggle joint - black
1 Outercable 96mm - medium stone grey
2 Lightsword - blade - medium stone grey
2 Roof tile w. lattice 1x2x2/3 - black
2 Roof tile w. lattice 1x2x2/3 - dark stone grey
2 Plate w. bows 2x1 1/2 - black
1 Plate 1x4x2/3 w. tube - black
1 Telephone receiver - black or grey
2 Flat tile 1x1 1/2 Circle - Black
2 Flat tile 1x1 - Orange
2 Flat tile 1x4 - Yellow w. black hash
Cheers!

Although it takes a bit more work you can embed photos of the pieces or provide links to the pieces, as some of these I'm really not sure what piece you're looking for.
But probably better is.... are you aware of Bricks & Pieces online which is part of S@H under Missing Parts > Buy Parts. It's got a wider selection than their PaB online, but unfortunately it has closed down for the holiday season and will reopen in mid February, so only two weeks away.
Or try some local Bricklink sellers who allow local pick up, if you're trying to avoid shipping costs.

Re: LF: Specific Lego Pieces
Bricks & Pieces is open again. I placed an order on the weekend.
Definitely worth having a look.

Re: LF: Specific Lego Pieces
I see the difference. I went to the Pick-A-Brick online, not Bricks and Pieces. Sorry.
Re: LF: Specific Lego Pieces
Wow! I saw 4 replies and thought "this is great." I thought about bricklink, it's just such a terrible site to navigate. Does anyone have suggestions for local Vancouver sellers that they prefer on there?
I'll try and embed pics when I get home in a bit.
