Splash Toys 30% Off

Does anyone know when Splash Toys is having their 30% off sale? Last time someone posted about it was back in 2011 and it was around this time of year, late Sept./Early Oct.

I saw their ad in the Richmond Review, it starts Sep 26, goes for about a week, and it's only 25% off.
