Maersk 3.0

Post by soundwave »

This is my second mod of the Maersk container set. Increased length and width will allow for up to 156 8x4x3 containers. The ship can be easily adjusted to hold 188 .
I had fun trying to incorperate every color I could into the containers. Can you identify all 32 colors used? (not including translucent elements)
Most labels are custom and are from real shipping companies for added realism.
Also I am still looking for more Maersk blue pieces if anyone has any for sale or trade.

Looks great. Nice work. Some of those colors are hard to get in any large quantity.

Looks Great, I like how the bridghe is done. Now you just need a Post-Panamax Container Crane that can reach the containers up that high :)

thanks. I never knew the proper names for those cranes. I always called them dinosaurs or giraffes. I will be building one soon. stay tuned.

I think about getting a hundred people together and a few dumpsters of old newspaper and paper macheing them on a regular basis. I may actually try to do this one day. I think it would be an amazing addition to the city skyline.
