Googie bowling alley

Post by smartiac »

Alright, so I said that I was going to build a bowling alley and I finally did. I still need to add a lot of detail to the exterior and the interior, although the interior is less important because noone will see it at the show.

Umm, Andrew, how many bowling alley fronts have you seen made out of Lego? Thanks though really. I have already made some additions and modifications but it hasn't changed much.

Wow looks great! I really like the curved clear wall as well as the sign.

*sigh* I don't know how to build in the 50s style... :(

Way to go! The wall is amazing, and the awning over the door is great too. Great style for the roof.

How'd you do the curved wall, by the way? I couldn't really tell from the picture.

I luuuuuvvvvv it!
Suggestion: a minifig pin setter. I'm no expert on bowling alley
history, but it seems possible some lanes of that era might
still have employed a human pin setter.

Brilliant! You are amazing!

I wish I had something cool to show off... Maybe I should go and building something... Fine, Maybe I will! (I'm trying to get myself motivated so I actually build something. I hope it works cause I haven't in months).
